Account & Data Deletion

Submit a request to permanently delete your SubMorph account and purge all associated cloud data.

In accordance with Google Play Store Developer Policies and global privacy laws (GDPR Article 17 & CCPA/CPRA), SubMorph provides seamless, self-service account and data deletion mechanisms.

What Data Is Purged When You Delete Your Account

When your deletion request is executed, the following information is permanently and irrevocably purged:

Data Retention Policy

Zero Post-Deletion Retention: SubMorph retains 0 bytes of your personal information, API keys, or translation history following deletion. We do not maintain unencrypted backups, sell account records, or keep shadow profiles.

Option 1: Instant Self-Service Deletion (Recommended)

If you are currently signed into SubMorph, you can instantly wipe your account and cloud data without waiting:

Option 2: Direct Email Deletion Request (App Uninstalled)

If you have uninstalled the application or cannot sign into your account, submit your Google Account email below. Our engineering team will manually purge all records within 48 hours.

In-App Mobile Deletion Steps

You can also execute account deletion directly inside the Android application:

  1. Open the SubMorph mobile application on your Android device.
  2. Tap the Settings tab (gear icon) in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Scroll to the Account & Cloud Sync section.
  4. Tap "Sign Out & Wipe Cloud Data" (or Clear All Local Data).
  5. Confirm the prompt. Your local device cache and Firestore remote document are immediately deleted.
